Annual Holiday Hike 12-30-06

~ 12th Annual Holiday Hike at Elinor Klapp-Phipps Park - December 30, 2006 ~

Members of the Apalachee Chapter who are Florida Trail activity leaders lead regularly scheduled walks, hikes, paddling trips, work trips, and other outdoor activities throughout the year. It’s the best way to introduce yourself to the outdoors- go with a group! Those interested in an activity should contact the listed leader at least a full day prior to the event. Dress appropriately for our unpredictable weather and the woods – hiking footwear is recommended. Always bring water, and you may want to bring snacks, sunscreen, and bug spray. Most activities continue as scheduled, even if the weather is less than ideal. An adult chaperon must accompany children.

Codes:
“P” Public welcome to participate
“M” Limited to FTA members only
“L” Leisurely
