Maple Cinnamon Trail Mix Recipe
Ingredients
(8 x 1/2-cup servings)
- 1 c pumpkin seeds (salted is fine)
- 1 c walnuts, chopped
- 1 c almonds, raw, whole, unsalted
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 c dried cranberries
Preheat oven to 350.
Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine all ingredients except the cranberries; spread onto parchment paper.
Bake for 6 minutes, shuffle/stir ingredients, then bake another 5 to 7 minutes.
Allow to cool completely before adding the cranberries.
Store in an airtight container. Good for one week—but it’ll be gone by then!
